Tara Brown is an Interactive Producer, Writer and entrepreneur with 15 years of experience leading the design, development and management of world-class software, services and interactive media projects. She is impassioned to innovate, adopt and form communities around new technologies and ideas. She is also a contributor to Forbes Woman and working with researchers at UC Irvine on an interest-driven mentoring platform for children and youth.

Tara is Co-organizer for Transmedia LA with over 400 members. Speakers have included Henry Jenkins, Jeff Gomez, Lance Weiler, Flint Dille, Elan Lee.

Current Transmedia Projects:
Children’s Transmedia Project in conjunction with USC Annenberg Innovation Lab + The Alchemists
Indie Film: Sierra-Zulu with production in Austria and the US.

Past Transmedia Projects:
Musicians including RJD2, 50/50 Konvict Muzik, and a local experiment called Alive in Silver Lake.

The seminar will be held in english and is presented in collaboration with Media Evolution and Nordic Game programme with support from European Regional Development Fund
