Pure Fiction is a unique program for women who aspire to debut in feature film or television. The programme, which is now implemented for the second time, extends over one year and aims to develop strong and challenging film projects. The majority of participants have made short films that have been screened at BUFF in recent years and many of them continue to make films for children and young people. Hear more about the initiative and meet several of the participants who talk about their projects. Participants, among others, are Amanda Adolfsson, whose feature film Unga Sophie Bell had its theatrical release in late January, and Amanda Kernell, who is developing a feature film based on a short pilot that competed at this year’s Sundance Film Festival. Festival Pass or accreditation gives access to the seminar.
