How do we promote football as a sport in which all children and young people can feel included,  welcome and safe? You are welcome to a talk that is jointly organised by Skånes Fotbollförbund (The Skåne Football Association), Ge rasismen rött kort (Give racism the red card) and Centrum för Pedagogisk Inspiration (Centre for Educational Inspiration) and Utbildningsförvaltningen Malmö Stad (The Education Board of Malmö). The focus is on the role the adult plays in promoting an open and inclusive sport. We will look at norms, especially regarding ethnicity, gender and sexuality, as well as its impact on people’s sense of ownership and inclusion. We will equip you with the methods needed to play the lead role in actively working with these issues to ensure that football is inclusive. In conjunction with the seminar, we are screening “Rise Above – the film about Anton Hysén”. In particular, we work to strengthen football associations’ active work around values through education, methodology and other activities. We also cooperate with various associations, organisations and municipalities. In conjunction with Centrum för Pedagogisk Inspiration (Centre for Educational Inspiration) and Utbildningsförvaltningen Malmö. We also carry out educational work aimed at schools and various football tournaments in Malmö and Skåne. CPI, Malmö Centrum för Pedagogisk Inspiration (Centre for Educational Inspiration), CPI, is Malmö’s central resource for educational inspiration and development. We work with staff in pre-school, primary, secondary and adult education. Skånes Fotbollförbund Skåne’s Football Association has made an extraordinary commitment to children’s football. The goal of the initiative is to spread the message that football for children should be on the children’s terms and that everyone can participate regardless of their conditions.   Hur främjar vi en fotboll där alla barn och unga känner sig delaktiga, välkomna och trygga? Ge rasismen rött kort är en verksamhet som drivs av riksorganisationen Ungdom Mot Rasism i samarbete med spelarföreningen Fotboll i Sverige. Verksamheten arbetar för att stärka fotbollsföreningars aktiva värdegrundsarbete med utbildningar, metodmaterial och olika aktiviteter. Ge rasismen rött kort samverkar också med olika förbund, organisationer, skolor och kommuner. CPI, Malmö Stad är Malmös centrala resurs för pedagogisk inspiration och utveckling. CPI arbetar tillsammans med personal inom förskola, grundskola, gymnasium och vuxenutbildning. Skånes Fotbollförbund har gjort en satsning på barnfotboll. Målet med satsningen är att sprida budskapet att fotboll för barn ska vara på barnens villkor där alla får vara med efter sina förutsättningar.
