With support from Svenska Postkodlotteriet we also launch a national collaboration, ”BUFF i hela Sverige” (BUFF for the whole of Sweden), to host local film festivals, initially in six other cities across the country. We are very excited about the opportunity to share BUFF’s treasures in this manner. The festivals will take place throughout the year Norrköping, Umeå, Borås, Ystad, Växjö and Karlstad. We hope to make this initiative permanent and are working on this with our partners.
The press will be present along with invited guests, representatives from the six new BUFF locations, as well as film industry professionals.
After a brief presentation of the project there will be an open debate in which the audience is invited to ask questions and make comments. We also discuss the efforts that are being made – for the public – to improve awareness and accessibility of quality films for children and young
PRESENTATION AV BUFF:S NYA SATSNING BUFF I HELA SVERIGE
Med stöd från Svenska Postkodlotteriet inleder vi i år ett nationellt samarbete, BUFF i hela Sverige, för att genomföra lokala filmfestivaler initialt i sex andra orter spridda över landet. Festivalerna kommer att
ske löpande under året i Norrköping, Umeå, Borås, Ystad, Växjö, och Karlstad. Vi hoppas på och arbetar för att göra denna satsning permanent tillsammans med våra partners, som här presenteras tillsammans med de kreativa krafterna bakom det filmprogram, som under 2015 kommer att resa runt i Sverige.
Pressen kommer att vara närvarande tillsammans med inbjudna gäster, representanter från de sex nya BUFF-orterna samt branschfolk.
Efter en kort presentation av projektet hålls en öppen debatt där åhörarna bjuds in att ställa frågor och komma med synpunkter. Vi diskuterar även insatserna som görs – för allmänheten – för att förbättra medveten- och tillgängligheten på kvalitetsfilm för barn och ungdomar i Sverige.
