Sisters Juliette and Carmen are being looked after by their neighbours. The neighbour is a writer and is exhausted after a night of writing. The girls are bored and are looking through a book about Sirocco, a shady character who controls the wind. A magic passage opens, and the sisters are sucked into an amazing adventure filled with dangers and strange characters. A fantasy film in the Studio Ghibli genre.
