The Swedish Film Institute has started a temporary project focussing on scripts for youth films. Jenny Gilbertsson, the Institute’s film commissioner for children and young people, talks about the initiative, the selection process, and answers participants’ questions.  

One of the three selected projects is RIO, a comedy about teenage pregnancy. Scriptwriters Sofie Forsman and Tove Forsman (Piratskattens hemlighet, Nelly Rapp, Elsas värld) talk about how they turn an idea into a script. The seminar also includes a mingle sponsored by FilmCentrum Syd.
