An day of inspiration about daring to tell those difficult stories. About the need for children and young people to have adults to talk to about these things. And about how we deal with the thoughts and feelings that can be awoken by a film. A day that will give you the courage, the tools and the motivation to watch, discuss and create all kinds of films with your students!
The day is made up of theoretical presentations, classroom examples, film performances and practical workshops.
The School Cinema Day is a collaboration between the Swedish Film Institute, Film i Skåne and FOMP, and takes place during BUFF Film Festival. Note that participation in the School Cinema Day requires its own separate registration.
