Ticky is a streetsmart 9-year old who lacks respect for rules. He flees from the misery of everyday life by fantasising that he is a Bollywood action hero. When 9-year old Baboo moves in, Ticky starts off thinking that he is the biggest loser he has ever met. However, it soons becomes apparent that they share a wish to topple the local gangster boss, Raja.
